
Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy
We hope that our low cost registration will allow you to join us at our Annual AIMS Conference. If after your register, however, you find that life intervenes and you will not be able to join us, we encourage you to send someone in your place, so you don't miss this important information. Alternatively, our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Your request must be made in writing and faxed to ATTN.: AIMS 202-230-5303. Please provide the following information:
- Name of the registrant,
- Registration details, including how the registration was paid for, and
- Name, phone number and email address of a contact person, should we have questions.
- The refund will be made in the same form in which it was paid based on the following:

- Refunds require a minimum of 3 weeks to process. We will notify the contact person by email once it has been completed.
- AIMS does not except responsibility for any costs including travel or registration expenses incurred for those individuals who are denied access to the conference facility because of improper or invalid identification, registration, or standing. Foreign nationals MUST receive clearance from the Department of the US Army in advance of the meeting. Contact AIMS ASAP at 202-230-5091, if you have any questions or concerns.
