Press Credential Policy

We are pleased that as a representative of the Press that you are interested in attending the upcoming 2nd Annual Advanced Initiatives in Medical Simulation Conference & Congressional Exhibition on May 11-12, 2005.

We will provide Press Credentials, as follows:

Full-Time Staff Writers, Freelance Writers, Contributing Editors, Media Outlets:

Press Credentials will be provided to full-time editorial staff writers employed by a trade publication, major media outlet, or online magazine. To request a Press Credential, your Managing Editor should request the pass in writing and send to jackie@medsim.org. The Managing Director’s letter should include the name and contact information of the individual who will be covering the event.

The conference pass entitles the pass holder to attend all keynote sessions, conference concurrent sessions, and social events held during the conference.

Please note that in accepting a Press Credential, the recipient agrees to provide tear sheets and electronic copies of published articles within 30 (thirty) days of the meeting. All information provided to us will be verified.

Book Publishers, Consultants, or Production Personnel at Media Outlets:

We regret that we are unable to provide press credentials.

The Congressional Exhibition is free and open to the public, but we ask that you RSVP at RSVP@medsim.org.
